Karin Day has been involved with body work and osteopathic physiotherapy since the early 80s graduating as physical therapist from the School for Physiotherapie at the University Hospital Essen, Germany in 1986. Having immersed herself deeply and continuously and over many years in healing approaches such as Eutony (Gerda Alexander/ Joyce Riveros), Cranio-Sacral Therapy (Prof. John Upledger), Mechanical Link (Paul Chauffour, D.O.), Visceral Manipulation (Jean-Pierre Barral, D.O.) and dance as healing movement, her intelligent, healing touch offers an open gateway to deeply experienced wellness and balance. She has been in private practice since 1994 in Oregon House, California, a small place in the Sierra Foothills serving the local community and an international clientele from this most unassuming location, her office very appropriately named: Back to Balance.

Karin supports multi disciplinary intensive treatments with the Upledger Institute by traveling to the Bahamas and participating in Dolphin Assisted Therapy as well as to Truth or Consequence, New Mexico, the Big Cat Habitat in Florida, and Ketchikan, Alaska as part of the body of therapists with Integrative Intentions.

In the meanwhile Karin has added expertise in the GYROTONIC® Expansion System and GYROKINESIS® and teaches several classes as well as providing individual sessions.

Hula Hoop Dance has been a joyful practice as personal and shareable

experience.
